Refund Policy

At Prime Foundry LLC, we take pride in delivering high-quality, actionable business intelligence. Because our services involve significant professional time, customized research, and proprietary digital assets, we adhere to the following refund standards:

 

1. Custom Items and Bespoke Services

All custom-developed items are not eligible for a refund. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Customized Business Plans

  • Tailored Credit Building Roadmaps

  • Specific Legal Document Packages

  • One-on-One Consulting Sessions

  • Business Entity Formation Filings

 

Once work has commenced on a custom project, the resources and professional time allocated cannot be recovered; therefore, all sales for these services are final.

 

2. Customer Errors and Inaccuracies

It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate, complete, and timely information for the fulfillment of services. Any mistakes made on the customer's part are not eligible for a refund. This includes:

  • Incorrect business names or addresses provided for legal filings.

  • Inaccurate financial data provided for business plans or credit audits.

  • Errors in Social Security Numbers (SSN) or Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) submitted on applications.

  • Failure to follow the specific steps outlined in our guides or 30-day plans.

 

While we will make every effort to help you correct an error (which may incur additional service fees), the original service fee remains non-refundable.

 

3. Digital Products

Digital downloads, such as pre-written guides or templates, are considered "used" the moment they are accessed or downloaded. As these are non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product is delivered.

 

4. Service Cancellations

For ongoing consulting retainers, cancellations must be made [Number, e.g., 7] days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or for "change of mind" after a service cycle has begun.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that [Company Name] fails to deliver a service as described in the initial service agreement due to our own internal error, we will either rectify the error at no additional cost or, at our sole discretion, offer a partial or full credit toward future services.
