At Prime Foundry LLC, we specialize in high-efficiency digital consulting. To ensure you receive your business intelligence as quickly as possible, we utilize the following delivery standards:
1. Digital Delivery (Primary)
Most of our products, including the Credit Building Plans, Business Plan Templates, and Legal Entity Guides, are delivered digitally.

Delivery Time: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing a secure download link or access to your client portal within 5 to 60 minutes.

Format: Digital documents are typically delivered in PDF, DOCX, or via interactive platforms like Notion or Google Workspace.

Missing Downloads: If you do not receive your digital product within two hours, please check your "Spam" folder before contacting [Email Address] for manual fulfillment.
2. Custom Consulting & Bespoke Reports
For custom-drafted items such as Bespoke Business Plans or Quarterly Credit Audits:

Timeline: These items are delivered according to the timeline specified in your individual Service Agreement (typically 5–10 business days).

Delivery Method: Final versions are delivered via secure, encrypted email or uploaded directly to your password-protected Client Vault.
3. Physical Documents (Optional)
While we strive for a paperless environment, if you specifically request a high-quality physical "hard copy" of your Business Plan or Entity Folder:

Processing Time: Physical printing and binding require 2–3 business days prior to shipment.

Carrier: We ship via FedEx or UPS to ensure reliable tracking and delivery to professional business addresses.

Shipping Rates: Flat-rate shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

P.O. Boxes: We do not ship physical business documents to P.O. Boxes; a physical commercial or residential address is required for signature delivery.
4. International Delivery
Digital products are available globally. For physical shipments outside of the United States, please contact us for a custom quote. Please note that the Client is responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
